When you start a conversation, all the conversations are provided with a default name based on the first question asked. You can however rename the conversations by,
Browse and access Ask panel. For more instructions on how to access Ask, refer to Access Ask panel.
Do one of the following:
If you've opened the main panel, select Search in the left panel. All the conversations are displayed under Recent. All the saved conversations are displayed under Saved.

Select Ask and then select
Options next to the conversation you want to rename and select Rename. Figure: Renaming a conversation
Alternatively, select View All to open all the conversations on the History page. On the History page, select
Actions next to the conversation you want to rename and then select Rename. Figure: Select rename in History page
If you’ve opened the side panel or floating panel, select Menu
in the Ask side panel or floating panel to display all the existing conversations. Select Actions and then select Rename. Figure: Renaming conversations from Ask side or floating panels
Select and open the conversation in either Ask panel, Ask side panel, or Ask floating panel, and do one of the following:
Hover over the name and select it.
Select
Actions next to the name and then select Rename.
Enter the name of your choice in the selected conversation and then press Enter. The name is automatically saved.
