The User Metadata Importer lets you use CSV files or SQL queries to add, update, and remove metadata fields for users in iManage Threat Manager. It can also create records for new users who aren’t yet present in Threat Manager, as long as their userid matches an iManage Work account.

To run a successful import, first prepare and validate your data, then configure your environment if needed, and finally run the import and verify the results in the user console.
