The email template is applied when sending links or both documents and links using:
iManage Work panel in Microsoft Outlook
iManage Work web client
Microsoft Office (the Send iManage Link option on the ribbon bar and the File > Share > Email > Send iManage Link option)
To upload your email template:
In iManage Control Center, select Client Setup.
On the Office tab, select Email Templates and then select . The Add File page appears.
Select Browse to upload the mailtemplate.oft file, and select Save. The file is added under Email Templates.
Restart the server to ensure that the file is downloaded to the client machines in the correct format.
The file is downloaded and made available in the client machines in the %AppData%\Roaming\iManage\Work\Templates\<server name> folder.
(Optional) Repeat the procedure to upload different customized templates for each iManage Work Server.
