The By Customer subtab of the Product Activation tab lists all customers in your portfolio. For each customer, the table indicates whether the customer subscribes to each iManage product and shows the customer’s overall iManage product subscription rate.

NOTE: In this context, customer portfolio refers to your reseller-contracted customers who were live on cloudimanage.com during the selected billing period.

Accessing the By Customer subtab

To view the By Customer subtab on the Partner Portfolio Analytics page in iManage Admin Portal:

  1. Go to https://cloudimanage.com/admin and sign in with your iManage credentials.

  2. Browse to Partner Portfolio > Partner Portfolio Analytics.

  3. Select the Product Activation tab and then select the By Customer subtab.

Product Activation by Customer section

The table in the Product Activation by Customer section includes the following columns:

  • Customer ID: The unique identifier for the customer.

  • Customer Name: The name of the customer.

  • Account Region: The geographic region assigned to the customer's account.

  • Subscription rate: The percentage of iManage products to which the customer is subscribed. The following metrics are provided:

    • x%: The percentage of iManage products (x) to which the customer is subscribed.

    • Product subscription rate: The range in which the customer's product subscription percentage falls.

      • <25%: The product subscription rate is less than 25%. This indicator is shown in red.

      • 25–50%: The product subscription rate is between 25% and 50%, inclusive. This indicator is shown in amber.

      • 50–75%: The product subscription rate is between 50% and 75%, inclusive. This indicator is shown in amber.

      • ≥75%: The product subscription rate is greater than or equal to 75%. This indicator is shown in green.

  • Activation rate: The percentage of iManage products that the customer has activated. The following metrics are provided:

    • x%: The percentage of iManage products (x) that the customer has activated.

    • Product activation rate: The range in which the customer's product activation percentage falls.

      • <25%: The product activation rate is less than 25%. This indicator is shown in red.

      • 25–50%: The product activation rate is between 25% and 50%, inclusive. This indicator is shown in amber.

      • 50–75%: The product activation rate is between 50% and 75%, inclusive. This indicator is shown in amber.

      • ≥75%: The product activation rate is greater than or equal to 75%. This indicator is shown in green.

  • Product activation indicators: For each iManage product, an indicator shows the activation status for the customer:

    • Blank: The customer hasn’t subscribed to the product.

    • Amber: The customer has subscribed to the product, but hasn’t activated it.

    • Green: The customer has activated the product.

Product Activation by Customer Section actions

In the Product Activation by Customer section, you can:

  • Search for customers by name or customer ID.

  • Filter the list by values in the Subscription Rate, Activation Rate, Account Region, or product columns.

  • Select one customer, multiple customers, or all customers.

  • Rearrange table columns.

  • Export customer details.

  • View a high-level summary of customer details.

  • View a detailed customer summary.

Search for customers

To search for a customer in the Activation by Customer section, enter a search string in the Search customers by name or customer ID field.

Filter data output

You can filter the customer table based on values in the Subscription Rate, Activation Rate, and Account Region columns, and by product.

  1. Select the Filter drop-down list.

  2. Select Subscription rate.

  3. Select a subscription rate value.

Filtered output

After you select one or more filter options, the customer table updates to show only customers that meet the filter criteria. The applied filter selections are also displayed, as shown in the following example.

To remove filtering, do either of the following:

  • Select X next to the applicable filter display.

  • Select Clear all.

Select customers

In the customer table, you can choose one, multiple, or all customers to perform actions on the selected customers.

  • To select all customers, select the check box above the customer table.

  • To select one or more customers, select the check box of each customer within the customer table.

When one or more customers are selected, the Show only selected toggle displays in the toolbar menu. Select this toggle to show only the selected customers.

Rearrange table columns

To rearrange a column in the customer table, select the column header, drag the column to the desired location, and then drop it into place.

Export customer details

To download customer product activation details in CSV format, select the Export button in the Product Activation by Customer section.

View a high-level customer summary

To view product subscription and activation details for a customer from the By Customer subtab, select a customer row in the customer table within the Product Activation by Customer section. This will open a pane showing the product details for the selected customer. For more information, refer to Customer product summary.

View a detailed customer summary

To view more detailed information about a customer from the By Customer subtab, select a customer name in the customer table within the Product Activation by Customer section. This will open a page with additional details about the selected customer. For more information, refer to Detailed customer summary.
