User login history details

The Login History tile shows the date range during which the data was collected. It displays a list of all your iManage Work users who’ve signed in within the last week. In this tile, you can search for users and sort the list by user name or email.

An example of the Login History tile is shown in the figure below.

NOTE: In the Login History tile:

  • Data is collected from all of your iManage Work libraries.

  • The tile shows a list of users who’ve signed in, based on a point-in-time snapshot taken within the last week.

Login History tile actions

In the Login History tile, you can:

  • Search for a user by user name or email

  • Specify the number of users shown per page

  • Browse through pages using the Prev and Next buttons

  • Open another page to view a more detailed report about users

Search for a user

To search for a user in the Login History tile, enter a search string in the Search user field.

Specify the number of users shown

To change the number of users shown in the Login History tile, select from the following options in the Items per page drop-down list:

  • 25 (default)

  • 50

  • 100

  • 250

Browse through pages

To browse through pages in the Login History tile, use the following options:

  • Prev: To go to the previous page

  • Next: To go to the next page

View a more detailed report

To open a page that displays more details about user login history, select the drill down icon.png icon in the Login History tile. For more information, refer to Login History page details.
