The product detail page provides an overview of product adoption across your customer portfolio. It includes summary tiles that show the number of customers subscribed to the selected product and the number that have activated it. The page also includes a detailed table with product information for each customer in your portfolio.

NOTE: In this context, customer portfolio refers to your reseller-contracted customers who were live on cloudimanage.com during the selected billing period.

The product detail page is organized into the following sections:

  • Metrics summary: Shows customer subscription and activation metrics for the selected billing month.

  • Subscription Consumption by Customer: Provides a product adoption summary for each customer in your portfolio.

Product detail page actions

The product detail page includes a Statement Month drop-down list, which lets you select the month for which you want to view customer adoption details for the product. By default, the most recent available month is selected.

To view data for a different month, select the Statement Month drop-down list and choose a month.

NOTES:

  • Metrics on the product detail page are based on data from your customer portfolio for the billing period associated with the month selected in the Statement Month drop-down list.

  • Data is available at the end of each billing cycle and is posted between the 21st and 25th of the month.

Metrics summary section

The Metrics summary section includes the following tiles:

  • Subscribed: This tile shows subscription details for the product by the customers in your portfolio. The tile includes the following information:

    • x / y customers: This indicates the number of customers subscribed to the product (x) and the total number of customers in your portfolio (y).

    • Bar chart: This shows a segmented bar that displays the following details as applicable:

      • Subscribed: The number of customers in your portfolio who’ve subscribed to the product.

      • Total: The total number of customers in your portfolio.

    • x% subscription rate: This indicates the percentage (x) of your customers who’ve subscribed to the product.

    • [+-]x vs last month: This shows the increase (+) or decrease (-) in the number of customers (x) who’ve subscribed to the product in the billing period for the selected month compared to the previous billing period.

  • Activated: This tile shows activation details for the product by the customers in your portfolio. The tile includes the following information:

    • x / y subscribed: This indicates the number of customers who’ve activated the product (x) and the number of customers who’ve subscribed to it (y).

    • Bar chart: This shows a segmented bar that displays the following details as applicable:

      • Activated: The number of customers in your portfolio who’ve activated the product.

      • Total: The total number of customers who’ve subscribed to the product.

    • x% activation rate: This indicates the percentage of your customers who’ve subscribed to the product and have activated it.

    • [+-]x vs last month: This shows the increase (+) or decrease (-) in the number of customers (x) who’ve activated the product in the billing period for the selected month compared to the previous billing period.

Subscription Consumption by Customer section

The Subscription Consumption by Customer section lists all reseller-contracted customers in your portfolio who are live on cloudimanage.com. The table includes the following columns:

  • Customer ID: The unique identifier for the customer.

  • Customer Name: The name of the customer.

  • Account Region: The geographic region assigned to the customer’s account.

  • Renewal: The iManage Subscription renewal date for the customer.

  • Users: The number of users associated with the customer.

  • Activation: Indicates whether the customer has activated the selected product:

    • Activated: The customer has activated the product. This status applies only when the customer has subscribed to the selected product.

    • Not activated: The customer hasn’t activated the product. This status applies only when the customer has subscribed to the selected product.

    • —: The customer hasn’t subscribed to the product, so activation isn't applicable.

  • Subscription: Indicates whether the customer has subscribed to the selected product:

    • Subscribed: The customer has subscribed to the product.

    • Not-subscribed: The customer hasn’t subscribed to the product.

Subscription Consumption by Customer section actions

In the Subscription Consumption by Customer section, you can:

  • Search for customers by name or customer ID.

  • Filter the list by values in the Filter and Subscription columns.

  • Select one customer, multiple customers, or all customers.

  • Rearrange table columns.

  • Export customer details.

  • View a detailed customer summary.

Search for customers

To search for a customer in the Subscription Consumption by Customer section, enter a search string in the Search customers by name or customer ID field.

Filter data output

You can filter the customer table based on values in the Activation, Subscription, and Account Region columns.

  • To filter the table by product activation status, select one or more options from the Filter drop-down list.

After you select one or more filter options, the customer table updates to show only customers that meet the filter criteria. The applied filter selections are also displayed, as shown in the following example.

To remove filtering, do either of the following:

  • Select X next to the applicable Filter or Subscription filter display.

  • Select Clear all.

Select customers

In the customer table, you can choose one, multiple, or all customers to perform actions on the selected customers.

  • To select all customers, select the check box above the customer table.

  • To select one or more customers, select the check box of each customer within the customer table.

When one or more customers are selected, the Show only selected toggle displays in the toolbar menu. Select this toggle to show only the selected customers.

Rearrange table columns

To rearrange a column in the customer table, select the column header, drag the column to the desired location, and then drop it into place.

Export customer details

To download customer details in CSV format, select the Export button in the Subscription Consumption by Customer section.

NOTE: When you export data, any active search or filter selections are applied. As a result, the downloaded file includes only the customers displayed in the table at the time you select Export.

View a detailed customer summary

To view more detailed information about a customer from the product detail page, select a customer name in the customer table within the Subscription Consumption by Customer section. This will open a page with additional details about the selected customer. For more information, refer to Detailed customer summary.
