Workspace default security details

The Workspaces by Work Default Security tile shows the number of iManage Work workspaces, categorized by their default security setting. It includes data from all iManage Work libraries and displays the following details about these objects:

  • The date the data was last updated

  • A donut chart that breaks down the content into segments for the following workspace default security categories:

    • Private

    • Public

    • View

  • A legend that shows the amount of storage used for each category

An example of the Workspaces by Work Default Security tile is shown in the figure below.

NOTE: In the Workspaces by Work Default Security tile:

  • Data is collected from all of your iManage Work libraries.

  • The values reflect the number of workspaces for each default security category, based on a point-in-time snapshot taken within the last week.

Workspaces by Work Default Security tile actions

In the Workspaces by Work Default Security tile, you can:

  • Filter the workspace default security categories shown in the donut chart

  • Hover over a segment in the donut chart to see more details about a workspace default security category

Filter workspace default security categories

To filter the workspace default security categories shown in the donut chart, select a category from the legend in the Workspaces by Work Default Security tile. In the example below, the View category has been removed from the donut chart.

See more details about a category

To see more details about a workspace default security category, hover over the corresponding segment in the donut chart of the Workspaces by Work Default Security tile. In the example below, a pop-up dialog shows the number of workspaces and the percentage of total workspaces for the Public category.
