After a schedule is assigned, you have to process the tasks. Use the Task page to:
After the tasks are processed, you can view all the tasks that are processed on the Triggered Tasks page, declared as records in File Plan. You can also view destroyed records in View destroyed records.
IMPORTANT: When two tasks (one declare and one destruction task) are scheduled to run on the same day and at the same time, the declare task runs first. There will be one attempt to trigger the destruction task after the declare task is completed. For some reason, if the destruction task can't run, it'll be automatically triggered the next day, unless triggered manually.
