After a schedule is assigned, Records Managers have to process the tasks in the Task page, when the task isn't automated, that is Automated checkbox is not selected.

IMPORTANT: When two tasks (one declare and one destruction task) are scheduled to run on the same day and at the same time, the declare task runs first. There will be one attempt to trigger the destruction task after the declare task is completed. For some reason, if the destruction task can't run, it'll be automatically triggered the next day, unless triggered manually.
