The iManage Insight+ Customer Analytics system currently tracks 44 distinct event types across user interactions, logging various data points. We're constantly adding new events and properties as we add new features, and so this number will steadily increase. The events and properties are categorized and routed to different destinations based on their sensitivity and business requirements.
