As an administrator for your organization, you can do the following:

• Access all events for Group A non-sensitive data that you can use for insights and decision making.

• Access Group B sensitive encrypted data. You can also decrypt this sensitive data.

• Configure encryption and decryption of Group B data in iManage Insight+ Admin Control Center.

• Opt in or opt out of receiving analytics. This lets you control the flow of data to be recorded for analytics.
  NOTE: Even if you opt out of receiving these analytics, iManage Insight+ will continue to collect Group A non-sensitive data. This may include Search Term Data, but only when collection of search analytics by iManage is enabled by you in iManage Control Centre. For more information about enabling Search Term Data, refer to Enabling Search Term Usage Analytics.
  

This feature doesn't by itself help you visualize the analytics. Your organization needs to ensure that the prerequisites are met and then connect the database to a visualization tool, such as Power BI, to analyze and measure Insight+ usage patterns in your organization.

iManage Insight+ secures the data of your organization from unauthorized access by ensuring that no other organization can view your Group A (non-sensitive) or Group B (sensitive) event data analytics. iManage internal teams can't access your Group B sensitive event data analytics.
