The following are the prerequisites to opt in for receiving customer analytics:

• We highly recommend using Azure Database for PostgreSQL for optimal performance and reliability.

• You must opt-in for Insight+ Customer Analytics feature in iManage Insight+ Admin page. For more information, refer to opting in for customer analytics.

• A PostgreSQL database (16.8 or another compatible version) must be set up to support the iManage Insight+ Customer Analytics feature.

• Ensure that Segment IP addresses (3.251.148.96/29) are available for receiving customer analytics. Without this configuration, Segment can’t access or load data into your database. For more information, refer to allowlist Segment IP address.

• Pretty Good Privacy (PGP) encryption keys must be generated to ensure secure data handling. For more information about generating the PGP key, refer to generate a PGP key using GPG key.
