Changes in document version 10.5.3

  • Support for Tabs as a media type: iManage Records Manager at cloudimanage.com now recognizes Tabs as a distinct media type, enabling accurate syncing of Tabs from cloudimanage. Earlier, Tabs were treated as Folders during sync. With this update, Tabs are correctly classified and returned when filtering or searching by media type, giving you more precise control over how your content is organized and retrieved.

Changes in document version 10.4.5

Changes in document version 10.4.4

  • The IRM LDAP Sync command line tool (imldapsync) now supports an IRM account domain parameter -domain. This allows system admin accounts with domains to run the sync. In previous versions, only the local Windows account, or administrative accounts without a domain, could run the sync. For information about how to use the LDAP Sync command line tool, refer to Synchronize LDAP Directories with the LDAP Sync Tool.

  • You can now synchronize users from Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory). All existing functionality with regards to synchronizing users, including mapping of fields between IRM and the source directory, is fully available when synchronizing from Microsoft Entra ID. For more information, refer to Synchronizing with an LDAP Server, including its subsections.
