To maintain accuracy and consistency between file part and box properties (metadata) entered in the system, and labels generated, the application enables you to reprint labels of file parts and boxes whose properties (metadata) have been modified.
Reprinting Labels of Modified File Parts
Modify a file part according to the instructions in Modify File Parts.
In the Navigation pane, select the Circulation tab.
In the File Activities pane, select File Labels. The Desktop Label Printing interface opens, displaying a list of file parts that are due for label printing. The recently modified file parts are also displayed in this list.
Continue with Print File Part Labels.
Reprinting Labels of Modified Boxes
Modify a box according to the instructions in Modify Boxes.
In the Navigation pane, select the Circulation tab.
In the File Activities pane, select Box Labels. The Desktop Label Printing interface opens, displaying a list of boxes that are due for label printing. The recently modified boxes are also displayed in this list.
