Active user details

The Active Users by Application tile shows the date range during which the data was collected. It displays the number of active iManage Work users for the top five most-used applications and includes a bar chart that depicts the number of active users for each of these applications.

An example of the Active Users by Application tile is shown in the figure below.

NOTE: In the Active Users by Application tile:

  • Data is collected from all of your iManage Work libraries.

  • The values reflect the number of active users for each application, based on a point-in-time snapshot taken within the last week.

Active user tile actions

In the Active Users by Application tile, you can:

  • Hover over a segment in the bar chart to see more details about an application

  • Open another page to view a more detailed report about the applications in use

See more details about an application

To see more details about an application, hover over the corresponding segment in the bar chart of the Active Users by Application tile. In the example below, a pop-up dialog shows the number of active users for the iManage Link Handler (iwlnrl) application.

View a more detailed report

To open a page that displays more details about the applications used by your users, select the drill down icon.png icon in the Active Users by Application tile. For more information, refer to Active Users by Application report details.
