In Configuration > Settings > System, the Load Data section is where you configure and manage the ingestion of data from iManage Work libraries for threat monitoring. Users with the Configuration Manager role can connect libraries, set ingestion parameters, and monitor the data loading process.
The configuration steps vary by deployment type:
For on-premises deployments, you connect directly to the iManage Work Server SQL databases (typically Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle), which requires manual configuration of database credentials and settings.
For iManage Cloud deployments, you select libraries through a user interface, with iManage managing the underlying database infrastructure.
Both deployment types support adding, editing, and removing libraries, and synchronizing user and group data.
