Clearing the browser control cache

In some instances the iManage File Open and Save dialog boxes may display an old view from the iManage Work Server, which you are connected to, on the various tabs in these dialog boxes. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete to clear the Internet Explorer web browser control cache and display the latest lists of items.

Additionally, the Ctrl+Shift+F5 keyboard shortcut is available to refresh the view in these dialog boxes and the iManage Work Panel.
