View all emails in a chronological list or as conversations
By default, emails are grouped together as conversations based on the email subject. A conversation is indicated by a double-chevron icon and the "This email is part of a conversation" message is displayed when you hover your mouse pointer over the icon. If you prefer to view a chronological list instead, select settings on the top-right of the iManage Work panel, select User Settings, and clear the Show conversation views for emails and their replies check box.
