Installation of iManage Work Desktop for Windows

  1. Verify that iManage FileSite 9.3.7 or later or iManage DeskSite 9.3.7 or later were installed with the silent installation above.

  2. Sign in with an Administrator account.

  3. Double-click iManageAgentServices.exe to install iManage Agent Services, which deploys a few key components required for the latest version of iManage Work Desktop for Windows.

  4. Double-click iManageWorkDesktopforWindowsx64.exe for 64-bit or iManageWorkDesktopforWindowsx86.exe for 32-bit Microsoft Office.

  5. Accept the License terms and conditions.

  6. Select Install.

  7. Follow the installer prompts. iManage Work Desktop for Windows 10.8.0 is installed.

  8. If you have installed iManage FileSite, manually enable iManage FileSite Add-in in your Mail Setup-Outlook\Data Files.

NOTE:

From 10.2.7 onwards, you can disable the iManage Auto Update functionality by using the following command line when installing iManage Agent Services: iManageAgentServices.exe AUTO_UPDATE=0 or iManageAgentServices.exe /silent AUTO_UPDATE=0. The command line parameters are case-sensitive.

NOTE:

To install iManage Work Desktop for Windows 10.8.0 with iManage FileSite 9.3.7 or later or iManage DeskSite 9.3.7 or later in a Citrix Farm environment:

  1. Install the 9.3.7 or later client. For more information, see the Silent Installation of iManage FileSite or iManage DeskSite 9.3.7 or later section.

  2. Install the 10.8.0 client. For more information, see the Installing iManage Work Desktop for Windows in a Remote Desktop Session Host Environment section.
